Terms of Use

These terms cover the DopaSpace app and this website. By using DopaSpace you accept them.
What DopaSpace is — and is not
What the app does is let you browse beautiful things across Spaces, save what you love, and — if something genuinely got you — help you find that item online at a partner store. Anything you buy there is between you and that store, on their terms and at their prices. We are not part of that sale.
Your account
- The app creates an anonymous account on first launch. You can link an email so your saved items follow you to another device.
- Linking uses a one-time code sent to that address, so keep access to the mailbox — it is the way back into a linked account.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 13 (16 in the EU and UK), and old enough to accept these terms where you live.
- You can delete the account at any time in Profile → Delete Account. It is immediate and cannot be undone.
Subscriptions
- The mobile app offers an optional paid subscription. The current price is shown in the app and charged by the App Store or Google Play.
- It renews automatically until you cancel it in the store that sold it.
- Deleting your DopaSpace account does not cancel the subscription — cancel it in the store as well.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
- A subscription improves the app. It never buys goods and never entitles you to a delivery.
Ads
The free version of the mobile app shows ads. Where consent is required by law, you are asked for it first — see the Privacy Policy.
Products and partner stores
Product images, descriptions and prices come from outside catalogs and are refreshed periodically, so they can be out of date by the time you look at them — treat them as an impression, not a quote. Links to a partner store may earn us a commission; that never changes what you pay, and it does not make the store's claims ours.
How you may use it
Don't:
- use DopaSpace for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other people;
- copy, scrape or resell the catalog;
- disrupt or overload the service, or try to get around its limits;
- reverse-engineer the app, except where the law explicitly allows it;
- impersonate someone else, or sign up with an address that isn't yours;
- send spam or malicious content through support or feedback.
We may suspend or delete an account that does any of the above.
What belongs to whom
The app, its design and its name are ours. Product images and descriptions belong to the stores and catalogs they come from. Using the app doesn't give you a licence to reuse either. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve DopaSpace.
Availability
DopaSpace is offered as-is and as-available. We add and remove Spaces, change features, take the service down for maintenance, and may stop offering it altogether. Nothing here promises that the app is always up or that a given product still exists.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DopaSpace comes without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, lost profit, or anything you spend at a store you reached through the app.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited in total to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$50. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be limited, or liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by us.
Your responsibility
If your use of DopaSpace breaks these terms or the law and that causes a third-party claim against us, you cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Copyright complaints
Product images and descriptions come from outside catalogs. If you own rights to something shown in the app and want it removed, email hello@dopaspace.com with a link to the item and proof of your rights; we remove disputed content while we check.
Apple and Google
The app is distributed through the App Store and Google Play. Those stores are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app or for supporting it.
The rest of the fine print
- If a clause here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
- Not enforcing a term once doesn't waive it later.
- These terms, plus the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about DopaSpace.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours if the service changes hands, with no loss of your rights.
Changes
We update these terms as the product changes, and the date above moves when we do. Material changes are announced in the app first; continuing to use DopaSpace afterwards means you accept them.
