This page explains how DopaSpace ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the DopaSpace mobile or web application. By using DopaSpace, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

• Account identifiers — an anonymous user id is created the first time you open the app. If you choose to link an email, we also store that email.
• App preferences — your theme, the last Space you viewed, and other UI settings, stored locally on your device and synced to your account.
• Activity — items you save, your cart contents, and your faux-order history, used to render your collections and history screens.

How we use it

We use your data solely to provide the DopaSpace experience — render your feed, persist your collections across devices, and let you sign in with your email. We do not sell your data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Third-party services

• Hosting and authentication providers — our infrastructure provider stores your account data on its servers in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• Product catalogs — product information shown in the app is fetched from third-party catalogs. We do not share your personal information with those sources.

Your rights

Under GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of any non-essential data processing

To delete your account, open the app and go to Profile → Delete account. For any other data request, email hello@dopaspace.com with the subject line "Data request".

Children

DopaSpace is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the app, contact us and we will delete the associated account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
